Apart from being told I had Moderna the other week , I've still got no idea what version. Wasn't given a card or anything at the time , and NHS records still not showing I've had it. Keep getting texts from GP surgery teling me to make an appointment to get both flu (which I had at same time) and covid jabs this month .
Wasn't a very organised operation at the walk-in that I attended After a 2+ hour queue , apart from giving name and address at the entry desk , the form stayed in a pile and just wandered through to sit where we liked in no order , be grabbed by random nurses to be harpooned willy-nilly.
We were told to take the detailed leaflet that accompanied the Moderna vaccine.

We weren't being given any paperwork at all. Just told "Off you go, that's the exit door" as she got up to grab someone else off the chairs where you could just sit where you wanted (no order) .

How many doses do they have in each batch approx ? If they had various batches on the go , there was no way they would know who had had what as about 4 or 5 desks and the nurse was grabbing people randomly off the chairs after a "Who wants to go next? " and didn't have any of the paperwork passed to her. Didn't even ask my name at the jabbing desk .All my previous records have the batch numbers on etc. (Latest record is Oct 2021 in Kingston Centre).

If someone had have needed a record of recent vaccination for travel entry requirements etc , they could have easily given their name in at the door , then just walked through the room and out again without having it.

One of the companies listed here, Euroseal Windows, did my parent's doors and windows a few years ago (despite my protestations as I had seen complaints about them online) at the height of the pandemic. My folks were happy with the job done but one of the workmen had an anti-vaxx rant at my mum in the kitchen, spouting the general conspiracy shite you sometimes see on here. I had wanted to complain but they made me promise I wouldn't since it would make them identifiable so I didn't.

Quite satisfying now to see they've been called on their shitty practises.

Having been told to test prior to a face to face with the Oncologist tomorrow I regret to say I'm still +VE this morning although the only symptom I have now is a persistent cough. So tomorrow it's telephone only for the Doc. Annoying because I'm now completely up in the air on that treatment, and a bit worried that the oncologists wanted a face to face in particular.
Could be she's going to tell me not to start reading any long books ..... :urgh::eek:

(I'm joking ..... sort of !!)

Oncologist tells me that I'll start on a new chemical within the next two weeks. Upside is, cancer has cleared out of my lungs, downside, still persistent in bones. She says we'll hold the Radium 223 in reserve, heavy artillery. With regard to COVID even if I'm faint line +VE they'll pull me in, as I probably wont be infectious at that point. So, starting from scratch on chemo ... at this rate I'll be a standin for an ICI chemical plant.

Still not tested but I've also not left the flat, but have my flight tomorrow. I'm showing symptoms of something cold related therefore have 2 choices:

Find a test, possibly miss my flight, have to buy another
Don't bother, possibly infect everyone on the plane

Of course it's not really a choice, as I'm not a massive cnut.

Good news, it isn't covid.
Bad news, Eric has acute obstructive laryngitis

Had a needle in his bum and a go on the nebuliser, sent home with drugs and had to get our own neb, if he doesn't improve in 48 hours it's check in time at the hospital. So flight cancelled anyway, staying here a while.

A friend added me to a group this week, that had 80,000 members. It's all in connection with vax injury and deaths.
In a couple of days it's grown to 90,000 and the stories get posted more than hourly, in regularity. There are way more stories than I ever saw from the actual virus and it's pretty heart breaking. This is being kept off the mainstream.
As adults it's still your prerogative to take what you want, but PLEASE leave your kids alone.
