That's insane, he is a monster, his attitudes to women are medieval and repellant
But the same misinformation lines used for covid are used for pro trump, pro far right, and yes pro andrew tate. And as we've covered many times here, people who believe one tend to believe them all because the same 'people' are feeding them the info. An easy way to see is if they revert to US centric proof/reasoning/blame rather than something related to their own lives.

An old mate kept spouting stuff about politicians I'd never heard of nor have any bering on me, as reasons why things were happening in this country. Didn't matter how many times I asked for the connection, he couldn't provide one, but by god he was sure it was real.

Russian and Chinese bots have pushed gilberts narrative aggressively and endlessly.

Really endlessly, because there is no actual 'end' to it, no 'purpose' to it beyond its own lack of purpose.

The end product is disorientation and an actuated lack of belief.

I don't see a way out of it, but that doesn't mean i've stopped looking. It's a head scratcher...

Oh Dear Mr Grape. Posting something which was illegally obtained by a "journalist" while pretending to be on a date. Pathetic to have to try to con people into saying something . Here is a full take down by an actual professor.

And a take down of a "Doctor" who is LYING to you.

Take down?
Another condescending tit with a loud voice.
Showed clips and just gave an opposing view, with selective data to prove his own narrative. No mention of “Covid deaths” that were counted as such and omitted from other data?
It’s all a mess and if you were extreme enough to talk about population control (and I never have) the first video and second back that up.

Why were we considering sending war planes to Ukraine but can’t build the promised 40 hospitals or hire the required health staff?
Lots of opinionated people on here who tell you to mask up, get jabbed, toe the line but never question anybody apart from those who dare to think differently!

Sigh ,no one is telling anyone else what to do. As has been said a million times, you have a choice, wear a mask don't wear a mask, get jabbed or don't.

Because as a country we voted conservative, and voted for brexit, and now we reap what we sowed. Just because our government is corrupt, our leaders are thieves and we've willingly destroyed our own economy doesn't make every conspiracy theory true.

And as history is proving, it proves most of them are correct or the air time they are give uncovers so much more. It’s the outright dismissal of everything other than what BBC says that gets me.

Enjoying a drop of red.

The kind of person that would watch an episode of Ben and Holly's Big Adventure and believe it's a documentary.

Gilbert Grape, two questions (just idle curiosity, not any kind of trap) and a yes/no answer would be more than acceptable, no need for chapter and verse

1. in the last 3 years have you worn a face mask in any setting that either asked or "required" you to do so in order to either receive service, access or treatment ?

2. Do you have/wear an exemption lanyard ?

thank you

All this reminds me of a lesson I learned many years ago.

'Don't piss over the weather side of the ship.'

Just spotted the last part, the BBC? Does anyone watch that anymore? I've not had a TV license for years and use none of their services, few people I know do either, as its just a tory mouthpiece.

As a source of "news", the BBC is about as much use as Russia Today,

They are clearly afraid of not toeing the government line.

You often talk about us having preconceptions about how you think or respond to things, you're guilty of that here.

Very rarely do I ever just say "that's nonsense" to something you post without any explanation or reasoning. That's what "outright dismissal" would be.

The truth is, because I don't swim in the same conspiracy theorist channels as you, often when you post a claim it's the first I've heard of it. So what I then do is go and investigate what the claim is, look at what the data says and it pretty much always turns out that something is being misrepresented and the entire premise of the claim is wrong.

I don't do this because I think that you, personally, will be convinced but just so I know, for myself, what the reason that this claim is untrue is incase I ever encounter it in the real world because I know a few older people who this kind of misinformation is targeted at.

To imply that we don't even consider the things you post just because they conflict with what we've seen on the telly tube is disingenuous of you, when the reality is we have often devoted more mental energy to considering the truth of the things you post than you have.

Answer honestly, Gilbert: do YOU go away and research what we tell you before reaching your conclusions that we're wrong, as we do when YOU post things, or is it in fact YOU that offhandedly dismisses that which does not fit in with their worldview... ?
