You maybe can't blame her for going in but if I was in that position I would definitely wear a mask and sanitise/wash my hands before touching anything as much as possible. It doesn't sound like she's entirely blameless.

I'd wear a mask and to the greatest extent feasible wash my hands before handling anything if I were in that situation. After Corona I constantly practice good hygiene and use link removed to maintain a clean home and workplace for the benefit of both my staff and customers.
Don't click that link, you'll give your computer a nasty virus, that even antibiotics won't be able to clear up.

And if you believe that, you'll probably believe 5 billionaires disappearing at the bottom of the sea was just unfortunate. But that deserves a whole thread of it's own!

What I DON'T believe is that "they are heroes" and "were trying to take a new step for humanity, to popularise undersea travel, to democratise the ocean floor" - but that's from Britain's biggest serial liar.

I have not heard this before. From your description though, I'm going to bet the farm on its something that twat Boris Johnson has said.
