coop in littleworth = CUFFY
bit late on this one, but here goes.
walked in with girlfriend got what we wanted and started to que up, bit of a line building up so the staff opened another till..... so far so good. =)
woman in front of me looked like she was waiting for the first till so i thought ill go for the newly opend till, stood there at new till and was a little shocked when a loaf and some other shooping come flying past me...... oh its the woman that was in front of me at the other till :strange:
so she gets served by the confused lad behind the till and walks off ( oh yeah she was coop staff) i turned round to the lad and luaghed "what was that all about" the girlfriend was rageing and the woman on the other till said she would have a word about it (hmmmm heard that one before!):raise:
my reply was "im sure you will" ......attitude change coming...... spotty little oik behind till then tells me he doesnt like my attitude and isnt going to help me anymore.:grr:
so if your in the weston road coop and an off duty member of the staff barges in front of you dont comment or complain becuase ultimatly you will be in the wrong and have a bad attitude, wont be shopping there again!:bum:
this isnt the first time this has happened, one of my friends is barred from there becuase of a que jumper and another friend has mentioned about a similar experiance with staff jumping in too.
Oh but they're prices are sooooooooooooo low, what can you expect ;)

domino's get massive skill from me..

we placed an order a couple of weeks ago, and when the pizza turned up it was missing a couple of toppings.. one topping, fair enough, but when you order The Sizzler and it comes without jalapenos, herbs, or garlic sauce you're basically just left with a pepperoni pizza, so we decided we'd give them a ring.. i phoned up, got passed to a chap called sam, and explained what had happened, ending my report with "...rather than you guys come all the way out here again, can you just stick a freebie in next time we order?".. i was expecting him to say "yeah, we'll give you a free combo," or something, which tbh i would have been happy with.. imagine my surprise, then, when he said "of course, i'll make sure you get a free large pizza next time you ring!"

so, yesterday we decided to take advantage of said free pizza.. i rang up, with the intention of ordering a combo or something and trying to blag the free pizza, although tbh i was expecting them to say something along the lines of "yeah, you can have the free pizza, but you have to order something bigger than a combo.".. that would have been ok - i mean, a free pizza is a free pizza, innit?

there was none of that faff.. i didn't even have to go into blag mode - domino's sent out the free large pizza, and chucked a combo in as well, for absolutely nowt! so we had a £20+ slap-up feed from domino's, for absolutely bugger all!

well played, domino's.. well played.. i was happier than a :pig: in

Nice one :)

I unfortunately have a cuffy, co-op mortgages! Or rather their choice of surveyor, who I had to use, yet have no contact details for it seems. Co-op wont provide them either, despite me paying nearly £500 for his alleged services, as I'm not to contact him apparently. Instead I have to wait for him to be arsed to phone the co-op back, and its been nearly a week.

The deadline for me losing the house is rapidly approaching, but the co-op phone monkeys just keep saying they have to wait. I have around a 2 week window til the plug gets pulled on my funding now, and nothing can carry on til I get his response. This is why I HATE doing important business where you can't see someone face to face, people on phones are too quick to fob you off.

Ask them if they think that his 'services' are fit for the purposes intended? You have paid for him to 'survey' for the purpose of obtaining a report from him in sufficient time for the mortgage to be achieved.

As it's less than £500 you might look at small claims if he buggers you up.

Thanks to Gramaisc for recommending Rikki at Ogdens ,when I asked for help on this forum.

Rikki did a really good job of cutting out our built-in oven and part of the kitchen unit and installing a new freestanding cooker.

A really professional job and I would highly recommend him!

Leave him alone, he's mine! I found him first.

Skill point awarded for not treating me like the customer I was...instantly bemused and confused. With one word 'Orkes' he produced random boxes to view, I handed over the reins to my more interested and knowledgeable six yr old. A simple run down on whats the better/safer option in the world of Warhammer and extra advice on where I could buy a reasonably priced leather football to boot. Happy camper. Happy Grandad..hopefully.

Thank you to Specsavers. Last night I managed to crush my son's specs in the bathroom door rendering them beyond repair. Took them down to Specsavers this morning, they squeezed the lad in for an eye test there and then, we picked new specs and will be collecting the new ones this afternoon. And all for nothing thanks to the jolly old NHS!

This is the same specsavers who wrote to me about four years ago to say they had lowered the price of my contact lenses, and haven't increased it since then.

So, thank you.

Right after the bother and hassel of a Stafford Taxi company, i have started to use another and have to say top customer service marks to Anthonys Ajs, have used them last few months for nights out mainly. i have used there cars, 8 seaters, and 16 seater bus and they have not put a foot wrong, always been on time always helpful drivers, and always clean cars/buses. And just booked our bus to V festival and very good price so top marks to Anthonys Ajs.
Just browsing and after reading this i have to recommend 'Kaminski's Birthday/party Bus, ask for it and at no extra cost you'll gonna have a fun ride home if you've had a few sherberts.......
