II boughr Garmin running watch second hand a couple of years ago, I lost all the details, model ect'! The strap snapped! I I looked on line as I thought I'd need to take it in somewhere. Could have ordered online if I had model details, nearest dealer was Manchester. I bodged it, didn't use it for running. The Venerable Mrs Seed had straight away, why don't you take it to Lektrix in Crabbery St? "Don't think he'll deal with them specalist dealership's only!" Not running at present, so taped up I carried on with it for 6 months. Completely broken I admitted defeat; took it in to the very nice chap in Lektrix. Sorted in a week!!!!! Had loads of straps, but not the specific one I needed, so ordered it !!!! MASSIVE cufflinks to Lektrix! Indendant trader. Used to have a stall in the market.
Lesson leaned! The Vernarable Mrs Seed is not only long suffering and gorgeous she is ALWAYS RIGHT!

I was taken to somewhere called French and Byrne by a couple of colleagues from the base, superb food and service. If you don’t know it apparently it used be called The Grave, by the gravestones of the big church in town

I understand Lucy & Mudgie are absolutely write! Am sure someone will know why thy the name has changed! 🤔 I think it may be part of the Sandy families group of catering outlets? (No doubt, as above, this information will confirmed or condemned by someone? Ed 😯)

Skill points to Car & Rally https://g.co/kgs/ESgkM2J , after Coles disappeared off to Stone with no notice, I had a urgent problem with my breaks.... Went into Car & Rally (Next door to Coles on the Reynolds centre) on wednesday, the lovely bloke booked my car in for today and had it fixed by 2pm... It was nearly £100 cheaper than quoted by 3 other garages, including Coles... Great service ( bloke explained everything that was wrong) friendly efficient staff & a great price. 10/10 using again.

I've had issues with remote locking failing in a small central area in the Tesco Newport Road car park on several occasions. Manual operation was required and normal service resumed thereafter. This happened a few times over the years, but I haven't been in there lately. Specifically, it was the blue disabled spots in front of the main door.

I recently had both keys fail to operate a couple of times, with subsequent manual operation being required. As the batteries are both original and seventeen years old now, I invested in two new batteries, but I haven't fitted them yet and both keys are still operating normally and from a good distance away.

The fob has been failing for the past week, I just didn't register in the brain about the battery. Must be getting old.

I posted on here sometime earlier in the year about my remote locking key fobs suddenly failing to work in the Tesco by us in Worcester. Hubby's key fob wouldn't work either . Had to lock manually.

Id parked in an area of the carpark I didnt usually use, (and never parked there since)
Worked when I came back out of the shop .
Knew it wasn't both batteries in key fobs as Hubby had not long had his replaced a few months before.

Worked fine ever since that one time.. Strange!

That was mentioned after I posted before as well .Luckily I always check the handles to make sure locked, but bet loads just click and walk off not realising it's left unlocked.

Quite a few high value locked cars being stolen off driveways near us as well without the keys.Camera footages show in and off in seconds!
