Hi Stafford!

I'm a HUGE Dandy comic fan and collector, currently with over 1,700 comics! I am always eager to get more comics, do you have any?

I am interested in getting Dandy comics from 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 2012. I am also looking for older Dandy comics from before 1970.

Do you have any lurking around? Let me know!

I'm looking for comics rather than annuals. If you do come across annuals though, I am looking for;

1939
1941
1942
1944
1945
1946
1949

Back then they were called "Dandy Monster Comic".

I probably have dandy's from those years, but I have never thought it worthwhile to sell them. Is there a market? What sort of money do people pay? Are they sold in bundles ?

Hi Scaffyman,

The comics from those years are pretty much worthless and there really isn't a market for them at all. I'm just an odd collector I guess, would be great to know how many you have and what years etc.

Hi,
I dont have any of the later years but I do have most christmas issues between 1942 and 1960. I also have all Dandy Monster Comics / annuals from 1939 to 1960 (apart from 1944).

The idea that JD would have sexual urges of any flavour doesn't really compute.

Though i suppose it would add a certain frisson to the whole 'gaze into the fist of Dredd' thing. :)

The Dandy Monster Comic from 1939 not the facsimilie edition is worth from between £500 -£5000 on its own depending on the grade then you have the others to consider hence my feeling this is a windup with the OP using another ID nigel morris to suck in punters and hopefully do a bit of fleecing
