I chose a house that didn't need decorating, but that was 13 years ago and it's starting to show! I'm more structural, happy to rebuild, but making pretty just aint my thing. Odd as I used to paint miniatures when young but just don't have the desire to make it right nowadays. Or maybe thats wrong, I think it's more that if I can't get it exact I get annoyed so I just avoid it!
Same here, this house was decorated lovely, but was absolutely filthy, 16 years ago. I've had the front room papered once since then. The cats have destroyed the paper above both settees, if it was Andy Warhols home it'd be called art. It's just a mess. With no inclination or know-how about decorating, it's staying as it is right now.
I would love one of those homes you see on the telly, everything spotless and nothing out of place. Instead we live in a home that has no storage facilities, the cupboards under the stairs are fit to bursting with stuff we use, but have nowhere else put. Until my brain kicks into sumat more than neutral, we'll have put up with the walls as they are. Basically I'm just a miserable old cow who can't be arsed anymore.

Noticed the side bath panel , which I assume by googling has a sticky back plastic covering , has started flapping off quite a bit at the bottom corner. Any ideas what I could use to re-stick it back down again without ruining the bath panel behind? Looks good and matches the bathroom floor and wall tiles, so don't want to replace it completely.

Spray adhesive ? Or modge podge craft glue ?
Picture might help
Cheers Alee  I'd never heard of modge podge glue !

Might have a look in the nearby Hobby Craft and have a word with them. Although never been in there before because I'm not a bit good at arts and crafts . Might have to drag sons girlfriend around the shops and get her to do it for me.. She's does art and design so might have a bit more of a clue than me.

I did put a sealant strip around the bath today . :D It probably didn't need it at the moment as there was already sealant around it, but past experience of having water coming through the kitchen ceiling has got me paranoid about getting it as water tight as possible ! Did make a bit of a mess of the corner bit by the shower screen , but hopefully no-one sees that ....

You probably want a 'slow' glue. Some of the spray varieties are a bit unforgiving, if you don't get stuff all in the right place the first go. There's a lot of variety in the 'grab' available. You can even get 'spray mount' types, which never really dry, but just stay tacky 'for ever', and allow you to peel and reset as much as you like.

All the bottom corner part , from where it's ruffled up, is loose.

Is that the same stuff that’s on laminated kitchen cupboards ?
I don't know.....

Just been to hobbycraft and got some Bostik Fast Tak Repositionable spray glue. (Double the price than the Hobbycraft repositionable above , but they didn't have that in anyway ). Doing my bit to keep Bostik going up the Common Road :D

I'll be waiting for hubbys shouts of "I'm stuck to the floor" . As past rifle shooting sessions have proved , I've not got a very good aim...

If that’s laminate you may well want to look at getting it replaced, it evidently can’t cope with being wet so isn’t really fit for purpose as a bath panel

May also be an indication that your shower doesn’t always keep water in

Don't think it's to do work shower not keeping water in and that part doesnt get wet even when water is splashed over, , as shower screen works good.Just looks like the covering they have stuck onto the wooden bath side panel side has come unstuck...
Will give it ago with the glue stuff ( when I dare ) and see if that works.
It's more like a vynyly wallpaper type texture stuff...

That part doesn't actually get wet . The other side where where we climb out (when we use it, tend to use the other bathroom walk-in shower most of the time) is the part that gets the drips from getting out , or the shower spraying in that direction, and that's all still stuck firm.

Just dared to have a go at it. It's stuck on a wooden board behind and looks like just come unstuck. Where that 'bubble' is looks like they just missed putting some glue on that part .

Thanks for spray adhesive suggestion @Alee and @Gramaisc . Not doing much DIY (well, proper DIY....I usually use sellotape or pritt-stick for repair jobs 😂 ) I didn't even know it existed! Would never have thought of going into Hobbycraft for it . (And the Wickes here is useless, ended up buying my bathroom strip from Amazon as they were most unhelpful! Haven't got a B&Q , and missing the hardware shop down Silkmore Lane!))

My name’s (not) Bob …..and I’m an addict.

I woke up this morning and before I went to work ordered £100 of wallpaper for the home office that I decorated 18 months ago 🙈 redecorating hadn't even crossed my mind until I’m finding myself with 15 tabs open on the laptop with various wallpaper patterns.

I’m my defence I do spend a LOT of time in that room and it’s not quite how I’d wanted it, the curtains get in my way and the lighting isn’t adequate so it started with necessity 😅😬

Kitchen got an overhaul between Christmas and new year and dining room was done early December. Since Christmas I’ve done the spare room that’s now the kids ‘den’ with a sofa bed in, and my bedroom but it was only refreshing the current decor and some new accessories so I’m not sure it counts 🤷🏻‍♀️
