Unless you plan on doing poster sized prints, you could come down on your required MPs quite a bit there and not notice any real difference in print quality. Would open up your choices in the quoted price area.
If you do plan on doing poster sized prints please accept my apologies for butting in.

No need to apologise! Part of my job is to offer help and advice on how to use The Forum, so you will see little messages from me like that quite often.

Another little tip (no need to reply): Try to avoid typing all in capitals, as it is considered 'shouting' online. :)

Thanks.

How do I edit this?
What Trumpet said about the pixels - my DSLR only does 10MP.

Fuji do some cracking bridge cameras - I bought one of these for about £120 new a couple of years ago, so I'd imagine you should be able to get one for about £80 second hand these days. Alternatively the up to date models start at about £160 and have those extra MP you desire....
