A few posts under my belt
No one has ever been prosecuted for letting their dog foul paths/grass or any where else.
There is one Dog Warden for the whole of the Borough.Dog fouling is top of the list of complaints made to local resident's groups.

Depends on the animals in question, the moth that nearly took my eye out on Monday was regarded with a little less than contempt!

Animals act purely on instinct though mate, humans know right from wrong and (some) still chose to ignore that.

Its instinct was to fly at my face at 60MPH?* We gotta get rid of that sort of animal!



* I may or may not have been travelling at approximately 60mph at this time, and the aforementioned winged insect may have preceeded me onto the said stretch of road.

Its a grey area, are there any official records of how fast either of you were travelling? I would demand a calibration certificate.

What would you fine me if i pood in the street? And what about cat poo? And what about badger poo? Stote poo? Deer poo?

I think there's a lot of blame on the poor hounds here. I've seen some abismal things in Whetherspoons toilets but no one fines the alcoholic at the bar who did it. Making the toilet unusable for others....

Now then......as i look after 12 acres at Riverway....
Its lovely when you're on the sit on mower !!! The fox shit is equally as bad but can i find their owners !?!?

Foxes poo on my back lawn occasionally, I've had the odd badger dig a hole and poo, my own cat I believe poos and buries it. pigeons drop from a great height on my front path. I can cope with this but if I catch the person walking their dog and lets it crap on my front lawn. I will put it in a bag and drop it through their letter box.

I have only seen one dog off its lead and the owners tend to walk it very late at night.

I might have to invest in night vision cctv!!

had an interesting discussion with one of my lovely neighbours a few months back after i cuaght one of her darling yorkie terriers crapping on my drive.
followed the little flea bag back to her front door and was told i was a lier???? then was told i was a c*nt by her chav teenage son. lucky for him i had my little lad with me or things may have been slightly different if you know what i mean.
