E-board battery issue

Hey guys and gals. I own a Lacroix e-board, however I took it out one day and the battery ran out on me. I'm not sure if the L-ion battery it runs on is similar to Lipo, inasofar as, if it gets below a certain voltage level, it's dead forever. Can anyone gimme some advice please?

Are you confident that your charger is still working? Do you know anybody else with one to try?

The charger comes on fine I've also checked the connection, I dont feel there's any issue there. I dont know anyone else who has one, which is a shame.

I take it you've contacted Lacroix directly for help? Failing that googling electric skateboard forums might bring something up.

Great news. I've managed to get it charging. I think it was your advice gramaisc that got me thinking?? So I cut the European style plug off and fitted the English three pin plug to it. It seems to be taking on charge now cos the charger fan kicks in every now and then. Thanks for the advice guys.
