Examples of poor driving you have witnessed!

A friends 10 year old son had his leg broken by a cyclist on the footpath a few years ago. He had just got out of the car and the cyclist was going too fast to stop!

I've decided to start carrying a walking stick, not for personal use you understand but to shove in the spokes of the wheels of next cyclist I nearly get mowed down by whilst walking along the pavement, GET OFF THE ROAD THATS WHAT CYCLE PATHS ARE FOR!!!!! so if you're cycling along the pavement dressed in black with no lights you may want to wear some something comfy and padded to help break your fall.

The problem with that is that rather than create proper cycle paths, alot of the footpaths around Stafford have been turned in to dual purpose paths for both pedestrians and cyclists, with very little notification for either class of user. One small blue sign at the start and end of the path is easily missable. Eccleshall Road is an example of such a path. You need to make sure you don't assault a cyclist who is in the doing nothing wrong :). Agree about the lights thing though.

Frequency of cyclists on path increasing all the time, cannot walk to town now due to the issue, or someone will get thumped, worst times mornings mon to fri 8-9am, 4-5.30pm, I get the bus now safer option, or they would end up in the road, flat on their ass, had so many problems with 'em before started to get the bus in 2013

It is fairly standard practice for pedestrians to wander aimlessly in front of cyclists on cycle paths in a way that they wouldn't do in front of cars.

Cyclist on footpaths are probably those that just feel intimidated off the roads.

I just did a u-turn because of all the queuing leaving Stafford ... I wasn't the only one fed up of waiting.

Which is fine as long as they don't intimidate pedestrians

Pulled my motorhome into my street to go and collect my wife and dogs, its a one way terrace street so a bit of patience is required as people drop off shopping etc. I pull up and put my hazards on, within 10 seconds a car behind me is beeping, my assumption is that he/she is impatient and wants to pass through our street, so I pull off and circle round, no he parks up. So I come back round into the street and pull up and again put my hazards on, pick up wife and dogs and pull off, a car is parked illegally on the right hand side so I slowly squeeze through, that was a mistake, taking it slow as not to remove mine or the illegally parked cars wing mirror incurred another beeping from behind me. Fun day yesterday

Having heard that the siege of Lichfield Road had been broken, I ventured out.

I see that there's still some obstruction at Aldi and ignorant tossers are still blocking the exit for people from the Meadows wanting to enter the roundabout to turn right - even when the sane person behind them has thought to leave space for them to reverse into - but, of course, that's probably way beyond the competence of somebody thick enough to have stopped there in the first place.

Women going at least 30 down plant crescent as I was on coming, I swerved to avoid her hitting me head on and did my car in on one of those stupid balls in the middle of the road  should have just let them hit me.

Car seized by Gardaí in Portarlington this morning, for having, and I quote, "ridiculous tyres".
