Well I now spend most evenings going around hoarding whatever I can find taking back to camp and scrapping the lot...built a new settlement at the drive in and declined the offer to join up with police dude in cambridge...worked out how to repair the armour and have aquired the mini nukes.....

Put together a couple of videos touring around my a few of my settlements - I know settlement building hasn't been overly popular here, but I thought I'd share these anyway

The first is a tour of Sanctuary Hills, Starlight Drive-in and Spectacle Island:

Starlight and Spectacle Island are not complete, but they give a bit of an idea of what you can achieve - Sanctuary is a bit more developed.

The second is a quick look around County Crossing, which I built one evening last week in a couple of hours:

Super well defended settlement, if a bit small....

Schoolboy error alert.... Just realised that I don't need to max out the first tier of the perk chart before trying the ones below!!! Doh!!

Yep, quite a common error that one - it isn't that clear that you don't have to max out the top level

I've now hit level 32, decided to carry on with the main quest line having spent a while doing aide quests

Level 15 for me...just deciding where to take it....it sucks you in big time...

Finally managed to get Cait's personal quest - just need to battle my way past a load of high level Gunners now...

I need to build! Returned to sanctuary to find a full on raider raid... Then trashcan Carla took off in a half completed power armour set!!

Oops!

Yes, that does happen randomly - and if you've left power armour around NPCs will jump into it - one way to avoid is to transfer out the fusion core from your armour, that way it can't be used.
