Well, I am immortal for another year - I only went to see when they were starting this year's, but they've had some in since September, apparently, so, seeing as I had my arm with me, I got it jabbed.

Seven quid this year - everything is creeping up.

I feel safe to go out and expose myself to the public now, especially as I was treated under the general supervision of @Glam.

As I understand it

A jab at an NHS surgery gets you a premium quality vaccination

A jab at a supermarlet less so

It is not one vaccine for the nation

Unless anyone knows any better

What you get seems to be primarily determined by age - https://www.england.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/flu-programme-delivery-guidance-2018-19.pdf .

What they get may be determined buy market forces...
A document I was only reading yesterday.

I got the good stuff last Saturday then? I also got to have it in a special room for the "under 65's" ;)

@Gramaisc - did you get yours at St George's?!

Hubby received a text telling him to make an appointment with the GP surgery for his flu Jab, as with his heart condition it's important he has one.

He rang them..

" Sorry, we have no vaccine available"
