With your help we've been able to buy those missing pieces for just over £20 each

And you know what that means...
Two more lives are about to completely change because two of you lovely people sacrificed a take-away this month

Yeah, you did it again!
These two HP laptops were donated by you lovely people in great condition so we've actually had to do very little with them, all they need are modern storage drives.
With your help we've ordered what we need to equip these, and 3 more, with the best hardware possible for their new owners

* Zero to landfill *
Although we have no formal independent certification, as this would involve huge costs, we still run our project with a "zero to landfill" policy.
We always try to repair and rehome as much as we can, but inevitably there will be items which are too far gone.
Anything we really can't use is collected by our partner charity eee4Disadvantaged where it's turned into work skills and employment opportunities.
We're registered with the Environment Agency as a charitable lower tier waste carrier, broker and dealer.

Our volunteer tech guys have fixed up and rehomed 1,804 of your unwanted and broken internet-ready gadgets, with all of these amazing causes, since January 2021

We're still a week away from the end of the month but anywho thanks to your support here's what we've rehomed in March so far:
- 25 Laptops
- 7 PC's
- 3 iPads

We'd like to invoke a public round of applause for the very kind Mr Wells and all of the staff at Weston Road Academy for making us feel so welcome.
The school have donated a stack of redundant I.T. gear to us, which has so far resulted in us rehoming 15 HD projectors with Army Cadets groups in the West Midlands.
We don't count those towards our numbers as they aren't 'internet-ready devices', but this is still a great example of the undocumented work going on here at Free I.T. HQ which we don't generally publicise.

Yep, you did it again.
Thanks to your PayPal donations we now have two more laptops running on their own steam.

Sure they still need hard drives and a clean of all the sticky stuff, but the important thing is that we're about to create two more opportunities from what would otherwise have been e-waste
