Our computers, website and business emails were set up by a guy that is no longer interested in working with computers. Our personal and business emails stopped working a few weeks ago, we were waiting on the domain name supplier for Feeback but apparently it's a google issue - we cannot get access to the administrator login or get hold of anyone at Google via phone or chat and the guy that can or could access doesn't seem to be available to help.

What are my options?

Google's answer to every question is "Your organization's Google Workspace account has been suspended. Please contact your Google Workspace Organization Administrator to re-activate your organization."

Does anyone have any experience with this or any idea how we can get up and running again? We own the domain name separately from google and when I tried to purchase it again it says it's taken - I'm hoping this means it's still ours?

Suspension is usually because the Workspace bill hasn’t been paid, but yes this is a Google issue not a domain issue
