Hills Water Gardens

I think a decent number of formuites used Neil Wedges water garden place at Bradeley Garden Centre. I used to help out occaisionally when off duty, and am posting this because he is moving to Telford's Wyevale at Donnington. I helped him by moving some garden ornaments and tropical fish on Tuesday. He is closing at Bradeley soon, so would hate anyone to turn up there to get a nasty shock. I was helping a mate, no money or goods changed hands, and I now have no involvement with Hill's. But the new place is in the early stage of development, but is already looking good, and not too far from where he was. As Stapely Watergardens is no more, I guess folks might be looking around for outlets. They could do worse than popping into Shropshire http://www.thegardencentregroup.co.uk/garden-centres/wyevale/Telford-Wyevale-Garden-Centre/2F He is based within the main Garden Centre.

http://www.hillswatergardens.co.uk/ Posting this as it shows a bit what Hills business is about. Probably shouldn't be in the sports and activities section as it is obviously not a sport, and even though folks go for a look and feed the huge colourful Koi in his large ornamental filtered pond. (I spent a couple of days with a large broom clearing the pond of blanket weed & debris a few years ago!) Probably more suited to the Surrounding Areas section. I might get round to sending a link, but I suppose if I don't get round to it, and the 'omnitient one' thinks it more appropriate he/she could move it there for me! (Please :D)

I just realised that some fish I was looking at are on ebay are from Hills. It says they are in Stafford, but if they've moved to Telford its a bit more of a trek to get them :(

Neil Wedge, the owner/proprietor lives in Stafford. Hill's started in Stone, moved to Bradeley and has now moved to Donnington on the A518. If he is advertising on E Bay I reckon he would bring the right merchendise over for you. If you really want it, and the price is right for you! Contact him. If you have difficulty let me know.

Understand Kings GardenWorld, who run the garden centre at Bradley are soon to be there no more! Don't know what will happen to the site! can't see them getting planning for houses, but can't see anyone givig it a go as a garden centre! We'll see. I think when Hill's Water garden's moving out, along with the mowers outlet next door, it must have hit them hard!

If you need a water garden specialist at any time, its not to far to Donnington & Hill's, just tell Neil (the owner) you know Gon2seed! ;)
