So, where is it this year, peeps. Somewhere in Europe while you still can? Maybe the USA with the exchange rate against the dollar not looking too bad?

It's Greece again for us; a couple of weeks island hopping between Mykonos, Naxos, Paros and Tinos.

Lakes, Spain and camping in Scilly for us. There'll be another one, possibly camping in Northumberland if we can squeeze a week in whilst it's warm.

The whole family are going to Spain to scatter Mum's ashes so we're going in the school holidays, I managed to get flights for £250 by flying into an airport an hour away from the closest on a Friday, and coming back at 6am on a Saturday morning but my sister, coming from London, is probably going to have to pay £400

1 week in the motorhome. Probably Northumberland. 2 weeks in the motorhome probably Scotchland. Canada possibly to see a band.

Seychelles in March for Mrs T's birthday, taking Gurly and Boy. Three nights in Dubai en route.

Sorrento in September.

I'll need a holiday after I've done all that...

Scotland!

My auntie has an old transit van she has converted into a basic camper!

Borrowing that for 2 weeks to go and explore and get lost!

We borrowed it last year and managed a week - in the end we had a full blown argument about who smelt the worst....

Decided it was best we both return to civilisation and come home...

Silverstone, eh? It's been a while since I went to a Grand Prix - Hockenheim, 2006 - and now that I'm retired, a trip to Spa or Monza would fit in nicely.

Aberdovey, or how ever you spell it. Bloke at work and his mrs have a static there. it's £200 no matter what week. Hi or low season. Need it after last years debarcle at Shell Island.

I've not booked proper holidays yet but like @proactive I have booked a number of weekends at motoracing circuits for the British Superbikes which will turn into long weekends.

So far I'm going to Brands 3x, Donington, Oulton Park 2x, Snetterton, Cadwell, Knockhill (Inc Perth horseracing), Silverstone. Also thinking about doing Assen this year but will turn this into a mini tour of Europe if we go.

Aberdovey is very nice from what I remember (in 1989). There's a hill above the town that's just enough for spot of exercise, but not too testing. And you get a nice view.
