Booked !! #FeckingHoseasons
Do you drive a Delorean?!I haven't booked a package holiday since about 20096, do everything seperately.
Defo book your own flights and accommodation separately.Just interested in how you lovely forum peeps book your holidays. I was going to use co op travel but looked on line and its so much cheaper to book it direct. Is there any consequence if we didn't use a travel agent (looking to travel around Italy)
Thanks
Try Caffé Vista, as mentioned elsewhere.Well, we've spent the day in Tenby & I'm really not sure I like it. It's SO busy & there's so many people...
We had dinner at Wills, I wanted a steak & onion sandwich, as did the carer, but they were sold out.... So fish finger sandwich it was for me, the carer and minime had cheesy bacon fries.....now, I was thinking of a literal fish finger sandwich... But no, it was enormous.... 3 big tempura battered cod fillets, on lovely toasted bread that was the size of a dinner plate, along with a lovely salad & coleslaw.... The carer & minimes fries would have fed at least 4 people, if not more..... Really lovely food , but way to big portions for me for lunchtime, we ate at 1pm but were still full at 7pm so just had a pasty from the pasty shop for tea. Don't believe the website, the prices have changed, but food and service was great.

Book a flight with the airline direct. Use Airbnb for the accommodation! Independent travel is much nicer! Use trains in Italy to travel round. Can book on Trenitalia online. Not had to book anything for a while but looking lately and airbnb seems less rooms in peoples houses and more standard holiday lets?I'd use booking.com rather than Airbnb, fewer charges and aren't causing such a housing crisis in towns.
I only ever used it for those. First filter I check is 'entire place'!Not had to book anything for a while but looking lately and airbnb seems less rooms in peoples houses and more standard holiday lets?
A lot depends on the sort of travel I'm doing, the Azores for example we were never in the room other than sleeping so had no issue just getting a spare room in someone else's place. We did a 2 week holiday with car rental for under £300 each IIRC.I only ever used it for those. First filter I check is 'entire place'!
Hi have you used the trains in italy just wondering if its pretty easy to get aroundBook a flight with the airline direct. Use Airbnb for the accommodation! Independent travel is much nicer! Use trains in Italy to travel round. Can book on Trenitalia online. Sorted!
Yes a few. We flew to Turin and got a train from Torino Porto Susa up to Aosta, with a change, can't remember where but all very civilised and easy to manage.Hi have you used the trains in italy just wondering if its pretty easy to get around
