i sort of agree.. i agree with the latter point - however, i can completely understand people being aggrieved at being misled by the contents of "beef" burgers.. if you buy PRODUCT_A and it is clearly labelled as containing PRODUCT_A and only PRODUCT_A, then you can understand why you would be miffed if it turned out to have a bit of PRODUCT_B in there as well, and you were deliberately lied to..

jesus*, i never even thought of that! surely jews would be in the same boat? i'm not remotely religious, but again i could completely understand, if one was religious, and it turned out that tesco were responsible for you breaking core religious tenets on a weekly basis for the past X years, that would be grounds to have a massive cob-on! :lorks:

Me too, no problem eating horse meat, but would if liked to know I was first!

Hate to admit it but I have a box of these in the freezer, bought only yesterday morning, small daughter won't want to touch them now! Wonder if they will take them back???

My main concern is that the manufacturer insists they don't deal in horsemeat, and have never had it in the factory!
