Nixon Garden Neatness
I don't want one but I desperately need one.
A door camera to see who is ringing my door bell and then I can decide if I want to answer it. The only thing that I think may be a problem is if it is parcel that has been put on my doorstep - any way round seeing the whole of the outside door space to see who and what is on the other side of my door

Loads of cheap cctv systems on the market. I'm forever getting emails for various types (wireless would be easier to install). Mount the camera above the door & you'll be able to see as much as you want. A quick Google should come up with loads.

The doorbells work out cheaper when you start adding in the cost of sorting it and securing it for use while not home, the electricity for running the PC or NVR to store the recordings, etc

I ended up just getting a Ring 2, serves me well.
