I had a dream last night that Laurel and Hardy were being interviewed for telly near the train station where I live, but later it turned out that I'd got confused and it was actually The Nextmen:

Easy mistake to make.

The other night I had one that I'd gone round to visit the house of this woman I used to work with. While she was showing us the garden, Richard Briers appeared, shuffling round the garden in his slippers and asking why we were all in his garden. He was clearly senile, so we took him inside for a cup of tea.

PS thanks for my pip.

For some reason I was being chased around a nameless city by a large glove on a stick. A bit Prisoner-esque.

It ended somewhat abruptly when Gordon McQueen appeared from out of nowhere to wish me luck.

I had a dream a while back which involved me, Mike Patton and a picnic.

this kinda links in with my :pie: thread, as the original recipe was my previous night's dream! i don't always dream of :pie:s, but what does it mean? i just whacked dream interpretation into :google: but there are no :pie: references.

Once I had a dream that I fell in love with Alanis Morrissette. Me and a mate from school were hanging round with her in New York for ages. Then Gary Barlow, in the character of some friendly traveller type he was playing in a film, came up and asked us for directions to somewhere (in the middle of a big square with loads of clothes hanging on washing lines(!?)), and Alanis Morrissette instantly fell in love with him.

Then, in our camper van (a popular mode of trans-Atlantic travel) on the way back to Stafford I was really depressed that I'd fallen in love with Alanis Morrissette and that it had seemingly been recriprocated until she met Gary Barlow, and my schoolmate was equally depressed because all along he'd thought she'd loved him.

Was it Pigeon pie? as pigeons were traditionally used for carrying messages of importance, dreaming of pigeons means that you will recieve a message at high speed, maybe even faster than e mail, as there may be some form of telepathic or clairvoyant link to this message. On receipt of this message act upon it straightaway.

no..i really don't like the idea of pigeon pie. i've had a game pie with pigeon in it, init, but a pie whose main constituent is pigeon makes my stomach churn!

weird that this thread should pop up - i almost never remember my dreams, but i had a really weird one last night.. i wonder if significant mass-dreaming is a recognised phenomenon?

anyway; my dream.. i can't remember specifics, but basically i ended up going out with stacey slater from eastenders.. i bought her a ring and shit, but then something happened because i ended up engaged to ruby allen! stacey got pissed off and chucked my ring in the sea (bitch) - i've no idea why we were near the sea.. in fact, i vaguely remember that we might have lived under the sea..

anyway, i can't remember exactly what happened, but i ended up splitting up with both of them and i was well relieved, for some reason lol..

I had one a while back that I was on a Christmas party with my workmates, who happened to be the cast of Eastenders. Except they weren't the real cast of Eastenders, but just some completely made-up dream people. Anyway, we all had Secret Santa presents and I'd bought mine for this really overtly jolly huge black lady (think Rusty Lee's mum). When she opened it, it turned out it was a framed b/w photo of Martine McCutcheon playing the piano and winking at the camera.

Can't remember much about it. I was chatting to Method Man for a bit and he struck me as being a thoroughly nice chap. Then I went and sat by one of the others. Can't remember who - think it was U-God or Ghostface Killah, and they were similarly pleasant.

I woke up with a very high opinion of the Wu Tang Clan. I might invite them round for dinner.
