Well it looks like the borough council have stuffed up my opportunity to vote.....still note received my ballot papers....
Just go anyway. You don't need the card to vote, you just need to be on the list. Your card could have gone astray - or they could have cocked it up and not listed you. Attendance at the polling station is the only real way to find out at this stage....

Take ID, just in case.

I'm curious to know if this would change the way you voted, and what party are you planning to Vote for in Stafford?

I must have been asleep in 2010, because I can't remember how or why Lefroy managed to swing away all those Lab votes. Assuming the council can add up, anyone know what went wrong for Kidney?

Being at the top of the list has a slight, but measurable, beneficial effect for the 'top' candidate.

It has caused issues in Australia, where voting is compulsory, and "donkey voting" can slew the ballot in the favour of the topmost candidate on the list.

Mid Staffs maybe? Also there was a varying swing from Labour to Tory across the country. Neighbouring Cannock seen a massive swing to take a solid Labour seat but in other areas hardly any movement from Labour to Tory.

Different coloured papers for national and local, and two segregated ballot boxes - a little more organised than last time.

And Sandon Road Church no longer looks like this....

Problem is, I'm not 100% sure which polling station to go to?

I'm pretty sure it's Riverway....

If you haven't moved, there's a 99% chance it's the same as last time - the bouncers will have a good idea if you should be somewhere else.

Tony Blair and Gordon Brown that is what happened to David Kidney who, for a Labourite, wasn't a bad chap!

I'm struggling to find out about Mary Jennings, can't find anything.

Therefore I'm struggling to decide on who to vote for within the Littleworth area, bugger.

Which party is she? Conservative? I had a leaflet from little worth Tories claiming to be experienced and a safe pair(s) of hands. Which is interesting, considering the incumbents are (or were until recently) all Labour.

Vote TUSC in Little worth!

Did he know who you were talking about?

Unfortunately not...but the look of complete confusion was priceless.....Gaius Balter still a better candidate than UKIP...despite being a fictional character.

But this is entirely my own opinion of UKIP....
