Still don't quite understand why one has gone down and one is free. Aqusations against both of them the same etc... Just seems strange.

I think you have to know the full story Tants but on the face of it Clayton McDonald seems to be a very lucky man indeed.

In summing up the judge said that although his behavior was abhorrent he was not guilty of rape
