Their MOTs are now£39.99 and at £15 to adjust the the headlights or pay for a retest ,their services don't turn out cheap

We have sustained our MOT's at £29.99 for many years and this is now unfortunately unsustainable in this climate.

However, we still believe we offer value for money and offer an excellent service to our customers and our rate is still very competitive within the area. In regards to 'up sell', your vehicle either passes or fails we simply charge you for any work should you require it which we fully explain and provide a free retest providing the work is completed by ourselves. All our technicians are governed by VOSA which we therefore have to adhere to a strict conduct and regularly go through spot check audits.

Yes we have put our prices up but you will still find we offer a fair price for the service which our dealership/garage provides and guarantee we do offer our customers that peace of mind you are looking for.

I wasn't implying that you were up-selling, merely that £15 for a headlamp adjustment seems a little steep for what is a very simple adjustment on most cars. However you are of course free to charge as you see fit, in the same way that customers are free to take their custom where they wish. :)
