Nah, I had a man come round my office taking photos of carpets and ceiling tiles on Friday - that wouldn't be the case if they were knocking it down.
I know the site's changed hands and I'm pretty sure it's not SCC but that's about it.

We're having wet rooms put in all the bedrooms on the ward. Place is being painted, top to bottom. They're going knock us down and rebuild elsewhere on site within 3years.

Which building are you in? Can't imagine too much use for most of it other than education, but I though staffs uni specifically refused to sell to another education provider? I guess each classroom could become an office, but that would either require on rather large company moving in or very many small ones.
