Had ring the eldest to come get me and have had leave the car at work. I'm meant be going up Scotland with the nephew on Monday for 5 days. Rang him, said I might be cancelling and he's said we can hire a wheelchair, he'll push me everywhere!

Do you need soneone to bring car home? I can do that? Bloody knees... Mine are killing too, & I've been off all week.

I'll let you know. Eldest - (Precious/Mummys Little Soldier) is hoping to walk in tomorrow and get it. I'm on an open car park, anyone hanging round near it will be on camera.

I'd not heard of that, just the tablets that I think haven't been far short of miraculous.

Feeling a right fraud at the mo. Left knee has suddenly decided it's going to start holding this fat lump up again, slight short sharp flash of pain if I push it too much. But I got across the landing earlier with no problems. I have the fear of going the loo, going sideways down the stairs, and having the youngest find me at the bottom when he gets home. I'll have pee'd mesen and broken one or both hips.
He'll probably step over me and leave me there.............

Sitting enjoying our complimentary afternoon tea & coffee on our sunny Torquay hotel terrace. 😎

And bonus... the hotel is serving evening meals from earlier than normal for tonight , so that those who want to can watch the England match in the hotel bar.

Hubby's plan had been to gobble his 6 course evening meal down him & go to the nearby sports bar, leaving me ( who eats super slow) to finish mine on my own & join him later :roll:

Been stressing about that since England got through to the final !

Had both cards and cash on us when we fancied pasties & bottle of pop in Torquay today......

Gobsmacked after grabbing the drink out of cabinet and asking for the 2 pasties to take out to be told " You can't order and pay over the counter. You have to download the app and order & pay on that!" :o

We put the drink back and went to a place further along who was quite to serve us the normal way . Turned out for the best as couldn't have got a nicer pasty.
