So, just so I'm clear, going for an older woman means she has to be on her toes and keep herself pretty n stuff because being younger I'll obviously stray otherwise? I need to change my game plan, I normally end up with younger women!

Hell Yes!
Not the straying bit, it’s just the keeping up.

Years ago when I was young and gorgeous, I got with an older man (17 years older), didn’t matter what I did, I was always going to be the young glamorous one. He was forever trying to keep up with me.

Nowadays, I’ve got a younger man who not only keeps himself in tip top condition, he looks about 10 years younger than he is.
I’ve tried very hard to stay slim and cook, and look after him but I’m very aware that he could do much better than me.

Hmmm I do agree, slightly, but we all know he's punching above...(the carer, and yours).


Strangely, my older kids dad was 16 years older than me, I was young, fit & glamorous... But that didn't stop him slutting around.

Maybe you'll stay on your toes, as the majority on here, she might look for a younger man!

As long as she can cook, do shopping, washing and ironing, hoovering and cleaning, mow the lawns, bit of decorating, maybe get a part time job on the side for some extra beer money ... I don't care what she looks like.

A stressful , but in the end satisfying day .

Managed to get the quickest doctors appointment ever , after Boots pharmacist advising to see my doctor before she was happy to sell me anything.

All within an hour of ringing the surgery , had been sent a link to upload a photo, a call back from the doctor asking me to go to see him at the surgery ''now'', saw the doctor within a minute of entering the surgery , and now waiting for an appointment for the Minor Surgery Clinic. (And after a month of worrying, was reassured it wasn't anything too much to worry about)

Caused a bit of a scene in the polling station, not expecting the doctor to call back so soon, but had to answer it quickly incase he didn't ring back. So had to leg it outside with everyone listening in to him on speaker-phone :embarrass: , then back around the corner to come back in the entrance again to vote.

Then electric shower threw a hissy fit , spurting torrents of water out of the electric unit seams . Rang an electrician and left a message. He rang back about an hour later saying he'd just finished working around the corner, so could come and look at it in 5 minutes time. New shower being supplied and fitted in a few days time .

Think I need to enjoy a cider tonight :)

No! I'd only popped in for a wee on the way home, then took youngest to work, by time I'd got home etc, spoke to the pothead next door, time had got on. I'm sure I saw you and the carer saying tara to a few as I was racing round the aisles. If it wasn't you, then you both have a twin.

Ahhh, I finished at 6, the carer picked me up and we were rushing to get home, eat tea & vote... Didn't bother voting in the end though...

I had training down Eastgate St. All the loos were in use when I left, or you wouldn't have seen me at all..
Neither of us have voted, didn't get owt thru the letter box for it.
