Decided yesterday to do a bit of weeding in the front garden so I grabbed my stuff from the garage and tried to open the garage door from the inside....it's an up and over.

Being a bit heavy handed I flung the door up and it got so far and I heard a sickening thud.

I knew what had happened. I'd hit my husbands car parked on the drive.
He's got 2 cars... a cheap old MG that he uses as a runaround and another car, a Jaguar.

I then go round to the drive through the house and have a look "please don't let it be the Jag, please don't it it be the Jag, please don't let it be the Jag"

It's the Jag.
With a big chunk of paint missing from the front end.

Now if it was MY car, the pinkmobile, the pink skip, I'd be like, "what the hell its just a scratch"

My dilemma...
Ignore it and let an anonymous someone get the blame.
Try and paint over it with gloss paint
Tell the truth

Anyway, I told the truth, but that was a mistake, I'll never do that again in a hurry, took the dog for a long walk until I got a text apologising for the over reaction. (Only 20 minutes, so he's getting better).

First row of the marriage, but back to lovey dovey now.

I always open mine from the inside ready for hubby to drive in after work, but have to open it very slowly incase the little girl from next door happens to be standing in front of it..Got visions of her going flying up the drive ...
