Austria (36th heaviest) for me, but I'm working my way through my Christmas present from my son (beer) .... and my s-i-l's staying for a few days, so it's wine with every evening meal.

In a few weeks, I'll be Nauru (49th lightest).

Kuwait for me.... the lightest drinking country in the world. I last had a drink - literally one beer - on Christmas Day. Generally I get merry on one single occassion per year (usually someone's birthday celebration or whatever). Now, if there were a similar coffee calculator I would come out as Finland - the heaviest coffee drinking nation.

It varies, depending upon whose list you choose to believe, but it's generally northeastern European - e.g., Lithuania, Belarus, etc....

There is always the statistical problem of how to cope with 'unofficial' alcohol - home-brews that don't pass through the state's excise system.
