As alluded to in another thread, I want to upgrade my PC. The problem is that despite spending over 15 years always knowing what was going on, my knowledge of hardware has severely lapsed in the last few years. Therefore I am hoping someone here can help 
I am looking at the following:
Intel i5 2500k
Asus P8Z68-V LX Motherboard
8Gb Corsair Vengence DDR3 1600
What I ideally need to know is:
Any potential issues here?
What rating PSU will I need, if I add one SSD and one normal HD with a moderate GFX card? (will be using a 4850 for now, but will upgrade when I can afford to).
Should I wait for anything else? I see PCI-E 3.0 coming in but if I wait for that what else will be round the corner?
Its not an urgent thing, will be at least a week before I could order and even then I need to flog my old stuff ASAP to help fund it.
