New Polish Stall in Market

Biggin

Honourary Staffordian
Just wanted to let people know that I bought some cheese at the Polish Food stall in the Market on Saturday. I like to try different foods, wondering if i can find something that I don't like. Unfortunately the cheese was beautiful and will be my downfall. It comes in a carton, like ribena but it is a solid, well as solid as any cream cheese. It looks like feta and has that brine leaking out of it. But cut off a slice and stick it on a pice of toast or a cracker, you will not buy philedelphia or feta again.

It is a little salty and full fat, so there goes any chance of getting under 20 stone this year. i would highly recommend it and would hope that you try it, this is proof that muticulturalism enriches our society...

The permanent one. I have to say that the Farmer's Market in BTTF Square also features some top cheeses, this one being my favourite so far. It has a rich and mature flavour with a creamy texture - mmmmm!

Local cheese for local people.

P.S. I presume that everybody has noticed that the Polish stall has moved to a shop on the Wolverhampton Road?
ah, i noticed that polish shop the other day while driving past, but i didn't realise it had evolved from this little market stall! nice to see a local venture thrive :)

I believe that it is called Sweet Polish Dream - which sounds like something that you probably shouldn't Google at work. Interesting, also, that they feel the need to have an English name for the shop.

Sweet Polish Dream would appear to be no more. The shop is empty and I could see no evidence of a relocation notice, but I'll have a closer look soon.
