Oh yes the large "search" button I hadn't managed to spot!! ok will start looking. In the mean time any suggestions of somewhere modern and decent for a couple eating out on a rare occasion midweek without their (or any one elses) young children throwing food around, would be much appreciated.

I’m Ade, and I’m part of the county council’s Communication Team.
Bit of a departure for us this, the county council joining a local forum. As far as I know you’re probably our first.
If you don’t mind me dropping in once in a while I’ll only post if I know of anything going on in the Stafford area which might interest or affect you. Things like public consultations, that kind of stuff.
If you have any questions, of course I’ll try to answer those too. I can’t promise to have a handle on every issue mind, but I’ll always find out what I can.
And apologies in advance folks because I’m sure I’ll be having to use the Royal ‘we’ a lot...
