You might have seen the pictures of the last Guest Chef night at Riverbank, when the students created astonishing plates of food in a menu designed and overseen by Matt Davies, executive chef with the Lewis Partnership. I gather that Matt has kindly agreed to do another of these evenings on Tuesday 3rd June.
I don't know the menu but I thought I'd give you all a heads-up in case you are able to get a table.
One thing possibly worth mentioning - the evening was a set menu last time and will probably follow that format in June. If you are vegetarian or have specific dietary restrictions, it might be worth raising when you book, just to check whether you can be caterered for on this occasion.
