Stantons.....
We bought our first chest freezer, second hand, 40 yrs ago from someone in Silkmore.
MASSIVE! Couldn't afford much to go in it. BUT...Stantons on Bodmin Ave were selling their loaves off at end of day so we bought the whole lot . Filled the freezer :D

Stantons.....
And the Stantons in market square was well used by me whilst working in Ann Giles hairdressers for my tomato soup each lunchtime (,Ann Giles was upstairs above the butchers ..now Timpsons/ Thomson travel ...facing the swan).

Can't remember the name of the other cafe facing there now , just along from the Swan???

Azaraway was at 12 Princes Street

Getting a Scotch egg in there could be risky.

Apparently someone is making a video game based on Stafford Pageant

You score points by chucking old halfpennies at the floats and the girls who slap their legs

You can be either Lord Lichfield or Lord Nelson

‘ The Hough’ will be available at Christmas on Artari ST

Which reminds me…

Any shops selling cheap chocolate Easter eggs? I’m pregnant again

basil

don't mention the blinds
My personal favourite scotch egg casing has to be a mixture of sausagemeat (obvs) Black pudding and mango chutney. Oh now what have I said ?.......
