I have found a mobile phone in the street unable get into address/contacts etc,

Best route to reunite with owner?.....

If it’s an iPhone hold down the home button and say “call mum” or see if they’ve filled in their Medical aid (get to the unlock screen, tap Emergency, then Medical ID)

If it’s a Samsung, etc, no clue but I’m sure there’s a button to activate Bixby/Assistant/whatever

Thanks for this, just made sure family have completed the medical ID just on the off chance someone loses their phone and the people who find it know about this feature

Don't forget to enable Find my iPhone too.

The emergency/medical numbers were based in South Africa, on calling I was told

"***** is overseas at the moment "

Nonetheless the device and it's owner are to be reunited tomorrow.......
