Holmcroft library have a photocopier, about 20p a black & white sheet, I think (it's been a couple of years, since I've used it though). They also have electric car charging points if your so inclined & the pubs over the Rd along with a bookies, barbers, launderette & co-op , and the Dr's & pharmacy is next door.... What more could you need....

Reminds me of the time I was a field sales rep in East Devon 22 years ago and I had to dive into a certain local shop to make use of their "send a fax" facility to send orders back to the office!
