Pidgeons

In laws have moved and the pidgeons have taken over their roof. A neighbour keeps throwing bread next door and they just sit there waiting. I'm talking over 50.60 of them anyone know of how to get rid.
Ps he has been reported long before they moved in and told to stop but he continues. Thanks

We've often had a dozen or so pigeons perched on our roof and not thought of it as a problem.
