Places to eat late on a Weeknight

Hello All,

i'm trying to think of somewhere within a short travel distance (walking or taxi) of Stafford Town Centre or from the north end of Stafford, that serves good food say after 9pm on a Thursday night?

Has anyone any ideas/suggestions so I can book somewhere for this week?
