Plumber and window cleaner needed

I need a plumber to deal with a replacement shower and a small leak.
I have rang lots, I have left messages and I have waited in for appointments no one has bothered to turn up to.

Same applies to the window cleaner - although this search has been going on for almost a year now.

I thought the country was in a recession - thousands unemployed.......... seems to me like no one wants the work - how hard is it to find someone to hand your cash over to in exchange for a couple of hours of their time and skills.

How bad is the small leak & where is it ?
I've got everyone booked up but could get an engineer to call round next Thursday the 17th to sort out the leak & quote to replace the shower if any good ? if it's an urgent leak I will get someone to you as quick as I can unless Rikki can get to you beforehand.
I'm normally here to answer the phone being the admin one in the company give us a call if you wish, promise that
we will not fail to turn up & should anything happen that we can't for any reason, I always phone to let you know.

It's not an urgent leak just a little one, it's the shower causing us more problems at the moment as we have to keep having baths all the time Thursday 17th would be brilliant!
