Question for vegitarians - would you eat haggis?

I had chicken stuffed with haggis the last time i was in Scotland. And Haggis lasagna.

If it had been available i'd have tried it for sure! Curiosity would've got the better of me.

Saw a recipe today for haggis lasagne, gonna have to try it.

The one I saw today in Sainsburys was 24% vegetable, consisting of things like swede and carrot IIRC. Although as a side dish it sounds great, would still need a dead animal to go with it

EDIT: Actually the veggie haggis stuffed into chicken would be rather good, I may have to try it!

Mmmm, you may have to wrap it in some form of bacon or ham!
