Hi,

I'm looking to obtain roughly 20 square metres worth of decent reclaimed wood panels / planks to upcycle into decking.

Can anyone recommend a merchant or know of anyone who is looking to get rid of any wood plank / panels please?

Hope you can help?

Cheers

You might have a look at the demolition around Palmbourne?

A friend of mine had a ludicrous amount of wood when Lotus was demolished.

The was a reclaim place in Cannock, but details elude me now - and I'm not sure what Les Oakes' operation, beyond Cheadle. is like these days

The giant tower of pallets? Whidden ones?

When and where was this?

A few days ago, in Northern Ireland - it's 'traditional' to burn enormous* towers of them on the night of the 11th/12th of July, to celebrate winning a battle near a river whose entire course is now in the Republic.

I think the one in the picture is the one the chap was killed falling off, at Craigyhill.

*There was another nearby which achieved a new record height, by being built to 202' 4".
