We have a decent suite in the lounge but it is filthy and needs a good professional clean.

Can anybody make a recommendation?

Many thanks.

You can hire a machine entitled 'rug doctor' from homebase (the old focus) it comes with the necessary attachments etc, it does a good job leaves furniture and carpets smelling nice and as it's DIY you can save a bob or two......oh and by the way if i can use it then you could train your cat to operate it... That's if you have a cat.....

Just had a look at Ogdens and they seem to quite a skilled outfit, the TV over the bath? is that safe i.e. electric shock etc. If it is then her indoors is most certainly going to be putting one on her wish list. If there is likely to be imminent danger i.e. loss of life then it'll probably go on mine....

In my opinion its not really dangerous the tv was bolted onto the wall(with a tv wall bracket) and i doubt you could ever get if off again without tools. It also plugs in on the other side of the wall where there is a sky box connected to it. Having said that im not sure if it is technically allowed as really the tv should be low voltage if its that close to a bath.

It's fairly common on the continent to have washing machines plugged in to wall sockets in bathrooms, and to have wall mounted light-switches in there too. Lack of a facility to use a hair drier in the bathroom often irritates continentals, although I am sure that there are other, and better, better ways available.

the only two that spring to mind are towel drying and pardon the pun.air drying......
