Room wanted in Stafford for my daughter

My daughter is looking for a room to rent in a shared house. She needs to move as soon as possible as her lease is up on her current room. She is 19 and employed and very sensible and reliable. We can provide references from her current landlady and employer if needed.
The problem we have had so far is that everyone says that they want over 21 year olds. She was offered a house tonight and once she got home he texted her to say he had changed his mind and would prefer someone older! So please bear in mind her age if you know of anything.

Any time now landlords start finding out that they're going to be let down by students who aren't going to turn up in September as arranged - but you end up with a difficult Council Tax situation, if you start mixing real people with students..

Thanks guys - she's going to see another room tonight with Little Mansions - we checked before hand this time that her age isn't a problem!

Isn't this daughter due to go to University ? Freshers week will start in a couple of weeks, couldn't she just stay in a hotel for a few weeks or crash round a mates ?

No Hop - she has had to defer her place for a year as they still haven't sorted out her student finance. We had to make a decision as she was due to go in two weeks and even when they had sorted it out they still weren't prepared to tell us over the phone how much she would get so we could have got to a few days before she was due to go and then found out she couldn't even afford it!
