Just mounted my graphics card sideways in my case .
No reason other than aesthetics but im happy with it :)

(note to self: need to get out more :P )

Hm, never seen that done before outside of the HTPC cases where you don’t have a choice.

Can’t say I can do the same anyway, need those PCIe slots for extra USB ports

It's becoming pretty common these days, especially for those with tempered glass side panels.
It does block off the remaining pcie slots but most modern motherboards these days have ample usb connections and decent onboard sound negating the need for soundcards too.

Gotta love a big glass side panel.

I do VR though, so USB ports are something I use a lot of. I’ve got 7 on my motherboard filled up, 5 on my monitor hubs filled up, and two in a PCIe card filled up.
