Anyone know if that slatwall is still in the premises? And if they need it? So far everything we've at the new shop apart from electrics is recycled, be nice to carry on the trend. And cheaper!

I was talking to Andy(?) In December and he said he wanted to be open by April, it sounds like he might get his wish. Another fantastic addition to Stafford.

As a real ale drinker (and gins) I feel spoilt for choice. I think we need some more pubs for the younger generation following the loss of the nelsons bar, post office and o'donalds.

He gave us the lot, even drove round what we couldn't manage a bit later. Really helped us out, got enough great stuff for the windows and the slightly damaged will do the entire stock room :)
Great - I saw it being removed this afternoon.

I was told the place was empty about 9:15, we headed round about 11ish and they were already 3/4 of the way through it! TBH I thought we had a tough job but we're now seeing the benefits, they have some serious work to do. Some lovely windows I hope they can include.

There are some interesting windows in some premises in stafford.

The old bella italia had a couple of stain glass windows uncovered when they stripped back the plaster etc that were in the side walls.

Unfortunately now you cannot look in to see as the entrance windows have been covered.with that window lean type stuff

The ceiling tiles in slaters have now been removed to see the windows. Doesn't necessarily mean it'll be kept but I guess they're trying to decide.
