There was also 'Who directed Brief Encounter', 'How many signs of the zodiac have 5 letters', 'Which member of the Royal family recently visited Shugborough', 'The French name of 'Le Pays Bas' refers to which country' and many others. Can't remember them now, but there were some tricky 'uns. I think next time they will integrate a music clip round and blah blah blah. He's very open to any good suggestions...

Yes! The next pub quiz at the Lamb will be on Sunday 29th April at 8pm! 3 quid per team of up to five people - two large jugs of beer to be won!

why not? we did pretty well at the easter one at the railway....we beat sofa's team! :p (to be fair, there were about 15 of us though and myself and salster had the edge with the intimidating chanting/singing/catterwauling :teef:)

only problem is, i reckon youre gonna have to do it without me- im gonna be on my way back to shef by 8pm :(

WOOOO! We actually won! Ok, so there were only 4 teams, and most of those making up the teams had been to the party the night before, but i still didn't think we had a chance!

Sorry we missed it Sofa we all had very bad heads from a night up at Leg ends, Viciniti didn't go through into the next round but put on a really good show and we, well the girls, threw their knickers on stage again. It worked last time : )

The place just wasn't making any money, so Jamie decided that instead of flogging a dead horse he'd just concentrate on the Railway. It's a shame, but a good business move on his behalf. How about Rich Upsetter and TENSHON taking the place over....remember The Sun??
