Stafford shops opening - Turning into a boom town?

Enjoying a drop of red.
It's a shame it isn't in Walton although I doubt the residents there would like a load of bikers in the area.

My guess is that the old garage will be knocked down and it'll become housing,.
It is indeed a great shame there isn't going to be one in Walton. There isn't even a decent one nearby. I use the one in Chester for my Hondas. Shrewsbury would be much more convenient but the dealership is poor.

I think it will reopen as a used car outlet for WR Davies.

Just had a short walk round town and noted the following.

Work taking place inside
the old shuropdy shop
The old bakes and shakes cafe and
Mad hatters cafe

Let signs for the old coop
Old Argos shop has been sold and the new college building is progressing well.

Green shoots in Stafford.

Fone Junction, and Vapers lounge have both reopened under new management.

Town was alright yesterday, walked through the Guildhall and not a soul in there, bet the remaining tenants are on the look out for empty retail units in town if they're staying in Stafford.
