It's also nice to see that last, blank empty shop be taken up.
There's still the old restaurant to be refilled. Hopefully someone will take on the old Frankie and Benny's too.

And I think I seen a poster up somewhere, suggesting Odeon were taking one of the town centre facing units for advertising purposes at least as a temporary measure.

Wedgwood House in Tupping Street is being converted into a derelict building, before eventual demolition and conversion into a sheep farm

Wow, indeed. So, you need to not only clear £2,875 a week, but on top of that also pay rates, gas, electricity, water, broadband, insurance, stock, staff, bank charges. Anyone for another barbers.
