Carolyn Trowbridge commented on Facebook saying hopefully SBC is purchasing it.

Maybe they will put the market in there like they originally wanted.

Ain't the freezers fully installed throughout the building, and quite hard to remove ? Might be an expensive issue .

That place was not in a good state even when m&s were there, heaven knows how it has deteriorated whilst empty, going to cost a fortune to bring back to an acceptable state

I amagine they would have at least 2 industrial walk in chillers, and one walk in freezer in the warehouse....very expensive to remove.
