Hi for anyone who maybe thinking of using this server it is a mini bus provided by ABC Supreme taxis that you can book to take you from Stafford Hospital to Stoke Hospital for £5 each including your return to Stafford Hospital, they run hourly sounds great doesn't it ? Well it is not! me and my misses were booked on the Shuttle for 10am this morning for an appointment at Stoke hospital for 11:30am we arrived at Stafford hospital for 09:30 this morning and waited at the bus stop by 10:15 it had not come so i went in to the hospital reception and asked them to ring ABC Supreme, the taxi companies response was oh they never went to the bus stop you will have to wait for the 11am bus, we would of missed the hospital appointment so i went to Pals and they organized a free taxi from ABC Supreme and we waited until 1105 and no taxi so i booked a taxi home and we never did get to my misses appointment.
I rang ABC Supreme and they could not give a toss i asked them for the number to report them to the Council and he told me he didn't no it and the phone was put down.
I have now logged two official complaints one with Stoke Council and one with Stafford Hospital. Stafford Hospital were very helpful the receptionist and Pals.
Any way anyone thinking of using this service i would think twice.
